They will be downing a large tree on the 1st block of East Chestnut Street on May 23, expect delays in the area of the church parsonage and the church parking lot.
Funkstown Clean Up will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.ย The dumpster will be located at the Funkstown Community Park, Maple Street entrance. As of July 3 trash and yard waste pick up will both be on Wednesday. So please put them both out on Tuesday night. The best part of the change is unless the holiday falls on Wednesday there will be no change in pick up days due to the holidays.
